Recruitment

We are actively recruiting the highest calibre of available engineer for specific projects. We pro-actively resource suitable engineers from terminating projects, advertising, use of CV databases. We are now in an enviable position of having a number of referal introductions from both existing staff and along with other suppliers such as NTL and Sphere.

Training

Not all engineers will have the necessary skill sets for all requirements. When we recognise the shortfall (or if requested by the client), we are happy to sponsor engineers through the necessary training.
